Here is our new thought for the morning, the most important and decisive moment of the day to start well: a mix of flocked, light and tasty fruits, ready for your breakfast; now cereals are increasingly entering our diet. They are in fact typical of the areas of Eastern and Northern Europe where they are widespread and appreciated.
In Italy they are spreading thanks to the influences that come to us from Germany and Austria and they are joining our typical sweet breakfast made of Milk and Cookies. This spread is also the result of the numerous intolerances that have increased dramatically in recent years, preventing some foods from containing dairy products and other similar proteins.
A tip: mix them with dried fruit and a fine mix of cereals with our Mix of Seeds and Flakes.
They are ideal to eat in the morning, when you have to leave for the day or during the afternoon break to combine with an apple and a whole White Yogurt.
