The flour of these biscuits is ground inside our mill of the Riviera, an ancient mill of the fifteenth century, still operating with water. This flour is the secret of the goodness of these wholemeal biscuits. In fact, the unique and rustic flavour of the wheat pasta brings back the true flavour of the freshly ground cereal. The flour is in fact used in purity, just as it comes down from the mill, to allow you to savour all the flavours of real biscuits.
We take the butter and milk directly from local producers, visit their stalls and get to know our suppliers personally. We like the short chain, as well as for wheat also for other raw materials.
