We created a spin-off of our classic hazelnut chocolate cookies. This time we decided to change and use something different: Integral barley flour, cocoa beans and dark chocolate in drops.
You realize you have in your hand a delicacy as soon as you open the package and you are inebriated by the scent of roasted cocoa beans; barley gives a unique fragrance to the biscuit and the rectangular shape and high enhances all the flavors, until the last bite.
