Our traditional biscuit: the Subrik.
Our historical recipe, what has distinguished us most since 1995. It is prepared with Comic Corn flour which we grind inside our mill on the Riviera di Dronero. Our old mill still running with water!
We select the best varieties of local Corn such as the eight-rowed, the pignolet or the marano in order to obtain a corn flour with a unique taste. Everything is then mixed with our Milk from Fattoria Fusero, whole eggs and very simply we get this curl with a unique and unmistakable taste.

Here, on the other hand, you can find its version revisited in a greedy theme! The Subrik covered in dark chocolate! A real goodness; a thin layer of chocolate half covering our biscuit. The taste of freshly ground corn and the chocolate melt in the mouth softened by a subtle aftertaste of our vanilla extract to give the palate a real pleasure!
