From the story of Fabrizio Cavanna (family miller): "when I tried the stone-ground whole wheat flour, just as it came from the mill, inside the biscuits I saw the difference. The ring-shaped biscuit has changed from so to so (mimicking the gesture with the hand) and the taste was formidable ... We were able to reduce fats by 30% using this type of flour and it was also the winning choice for all the other biscuits ".

We also use within the mix varieties of ancient grains that give exceptional flavour and nutritional properties, including a very high amount of natural fibre, without the addition of bran or other foreign products.
Ideal for breakfast accompanied by tea and milk, excellent substitute for rusks.
