The ring-shaped biscuit has changed from so to so (mimicking the gesture with the hand) and the taste was formidable ... We also use within the mix varieties of ancient grains that give exceptional flavour and nutritional properties, including a very high amount of natural fibre, without the addition of bran or other foreign products.
Ideal for breakfast accompanied by tea and milk, excellent substitute for rusks.
