Our Sunflower Seeds are selected with great care directly from us. They are a product with great properties, sometimes very underestimated. They contain large quantities of Protein, and are very rich in Vitamins: B12, B1, A, D, E, PP. They are indicated for the cardiovascular system and as an antioxidant.
Our advice is to eat them especially in the morning, for lunch or before and after sports, mixing them with other seeds and other cereals. They are excellent if added to the Bread Dough or ideal if eaten in Yogurt for breakfast. Did you know? You can also put them in salad, omelette and soup.
An advice? Give a quick mince with the grinder to take all the beneficial properties of the Sunflower Seeds
