We have chosen to start from the most important ingredient for us: the flour.
We carefully select all the cereals for these biscuits and we buy them directly at the manufacturer. This allows us to produce a very-high quality product.
The grinding takes place inside our mill (Mulino della Riviera), whose wheels are moved only by water force. The selection of farmers and local products together with grinding with the sole force of water allow us to offer you a nutritious but also very “scrupulous” product; attentive to the environment and to the local economy of our territory.
This biscuit is perfect for breakfast. It is an excellent carrier of proteins and fibres. It is very light and easily digestible, it doesn’t cause heartburn.
Ingredientis: type 1 soft WHEAT flour, sugar, BUTTER, sunflower oil, cocoa butter, stone-ground wholemeal flours: corn 6%, rice 6%, SPELT 6%, BARLEY 6%, RYE 6%, whole fresh MILK, fresh EGGS, raising agent: ammonium hydrogen carbonate, whole sea salt, lemon essential oil, Madagascar vanilla extract.
Nutrition declaration: average values per 100gr of product. Energy 2044 kJ/480 kcal, fat 20g of which saturated fatty acids 7,6g, protein 8,1g, carbohydrate 67g of which sugar: 25g, fibre 3,7g, salt 0,4g.
