Wholemeal wheat biscuits
The wholemeal wheat biscuits are one of our specialties. 8 biscuits of 30gr each, ideal to eat with tea or milk.
The flour of these biscuits is ground in our mill (Mulino della riviera). This mill dates back to the 15th century and it is still working with water. The flour is indeed the secret behind the amazing taste of the wholemeal biscuits. The taste of the wheat biscuits recalls the just ground cereal: the flour used in the recipe is indeed pure, as it comes out of the mill. This allows you to experience the true taste of real biscuits.
Butter and milk are supplied by local producers, who we personally met. We support the short supply chain, not only for flour but also for the other raw materials.
These biscuits need to be tasted! Ideal for an appetizing break but also as little present.
Made in Piedmont
Ingredients: 60% natural stone-ground wholemeal soft WHEAT flour, sugar, BUTTER, sunflower oil, fresh EGGS, fresh whole MILK, raising agent: ammonium hydrogen carbonate, whole sea salt.
Storage conditions: keep in a cool and dry place, away from light sources.
It may contain traces of NUTS and SOYBEAN.
