We select the best pear puree from Cuneo province in order to produce this genuine and simple biscuit. It is ideal for people who experience intolerance to dairy products and in addition this cookie is butter-free as well!

Ideal for vegan diets, without any type of additive not in line with our traditional recipes. Moreover, no flavours are added to the ingredients and for this reason it will be easier to experience the full taste of the type 1 flour produced in our mill (Mulino della Riviera).

Ingredients: type 1 soft WHEAT flour, 8% raw cane sugar, sunflower oil, cocoa butter, 8% dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural flavour of vanilla), 5% pear pulp, barley malt extract, raising agent: ammonium hydrogen carbonate, whole sea salt.
