Type 1 sifted raw flour, ground in our mill (Mulino della Riviera), hazelnuts form Langhe region.
The special recipe makes this biscuit a real treat for the palate, crunchy and not too crumbly.
Ideal for an afternoon snack and for breakfast in the weekends, as rewarding pleasure after the working week! It is excellent for the preparation of cheesecakes with fruits.

Ingredients: type 1 soft WHEAT flour, sugar, sunflower oil, cocoa butter, BUTTER, 9% “tonda gentile trilobata” HAZELNUT, 8% dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural flavour of vanilla), fresh EGGS, fresh whole MILK, raising agent: ammonium hydrogen carbonate, whole sea salt, Madagascar vanilla extract.
