Real specialties originate from the best rice flour and excellent whole yogurt.
Rice and yogurt ring-shaped biscuits are one of our specialties.
More than 20years ago Fabrizio got an idea: he wanted to produce a simple and at the same time nutritious biscuit. Thanks to his idea we started producing these biscuits, with a special focus on the most important ingredient: the flour.
We produce the flour inside our mill (Mulino della Riviera), which uses only the power of water and the grinding of natural stone. This allows us to select the best varieties of cereals by shortening the supply chain and producing a good but also “transparent” biscuit, without strange and hidden ingredients.
We buy the yogurt directly from a nearby farm in Cuneo province. We select and approve our suppliers according to very high criteria. Between those criteria there is always the geographical position of our suppliers: the closest, the better! It is important for us to support our local economy and to maintain active the structure of our territory.
A little tip:
- Perfect breakfast-biscuits. They are delicious just like that or with some raspberry jam. Ideal with warm tea or as snack as well.
Ingredients: type 1 stone-ground soft WHEAT flour, 10% rice flour, sugar, BUTTER, sunflower oil, cocoa butter, 5% whole YOGURT, fresh EGGS, fresh whole MILK, raising agent: ammonium hydrogen carbonate, whole sea salt.

Keep in a cool and dry place, away from light sources. It may contain traces of NUTS and SOYBEAN.
I have the simplest taste, I am always satisfied with the best.
