We select our sunflower seeds with great care. The product has excellent nutritional properties that are sometimes overlooked, with large amounts of protein and vitamins (B12, B1, A, D, E, PP). They are beneficial for the cardiovascular system and as an antioxidant.
Our advice is to eat them in the morning, for lunch, or before or after sports, mixed with other seeds and cereals. They make excellent additions to bread dough and are perfect in yogurt for breakfast.
Did you know? You can also add them to salads, omelettes, and soup.
A tip? Blitz the seeds in a grinder to make the most of their beneficial properties.
Small, yet tasty and healthy!
