We wanted a special flour for our cookies. A flour like that of our grandparents, stone ground, obtained from high quality cereals, grown on the territory. And so we bought a Mill. Not just any mill: a historic mill, with natural stone millstones, whose movement is powered exclusively by the water of the stream.
