The "Paste di Meliga" is a traditional biscuit made even more iconic thanks to the flour for stone-ground polenta in our mill. The addition of polenta inside our dough, together with the cartoon flour gives the biscuit an incredible fragrance and crunchiness while respecting the Piedmontese culinary traditions.
Hazelnut, on the other hand, is the protagonist of our Hazelnuts: small and super tasty these biscuits bring to mind their main ingredient as soon as they are put in the mouth.
