The Biscuit Cereals and Seeds is the last recipe created by Biscottificio Cavanna.
Great balance of taste that surprises thanks to:
- organic flax seeds, which once roasted in the oven give an extra kick and a aftertaste with light notes of coffee and malt. Flax seeds are also rich in linoleic acid, which is essential for our body.
- whole rye flour from the Maira valley, grown a few meters from our biscuit factory, in a hilly/mountain climate that gives unique aromas and aromas, both to flour and biscuit Cereals and Seeds. The rye, moreover, is ground entirely inside our Mill of the Riviera, with the sole force of the water, as it was once done in the many mills of our valleys.
