A mix of whole wheat flour, rye, spelt and barley, strictly ground in stone in our Mill of the Riviera, wheat flour type 1, peach pulp of the province of Cuneo and bitter cocoa.
Cocoa and chocolate have always been an element of great delicacy and goodness for the palate of all, even the most pretentious! We decided to create a new recipe adding a touch of delicacy.
The scents of this biscuit are truly unique: from the combination of peach pulp along with cocoa comes out a real bomb!
To leave nothing to chance we decided to use even the rawest flours, whole and full-bodied just as they come down from the grinder.
The addition of UNREFINED flours is what has always distinguished our biscuits and makes them tasty and rich in fiber.
An ideal cookie also for those who have problems with intolerance to dairy products in particular to lactose and casein, because it DOES NOT CONTAIN MILK NOR BUTTER.
