Here is one of our best multipurpose creations for the Kitchen. The Organic Seed and Oat Mix is a mixture of Pumpkin Seeds, Flax, Sunflower, Poppy and Sesame with an addition of delicious Whole Grain Oat Flakes. This mixture has a very wide variety of use and can vary 360 ° from Breakfast to Dinner.
The properties of this Mix are manifold, Linen rich in Omega 3, Poppy rich in antioxidants and soothing agents, Pumpkin and Oat Flakes for the regularization of the intestine and for a slower and healthier digestion.
A tip: how to use the seeds and flakes mixture at home?
-For breakfast: you can add two handfuls to complete your Organic Wild Berries Muesli in Whole White Yogurt, or simply add it to a fruit Yogurt. It will guarantee you satiety and an excellent start for the long working day!
-For lunch: a quick bite to then go back to work without drowsiness and tiredness! Put the Semi Mix inside a salad enriched with tomato, lettuce, a boiled vegetable (zucchini or carrots), a new hard-boiled meat and a mackerel fillet; season to taste. Lunch is done!
