The single portion Wholemeal Wheat flour is the first ingredient, we would like to underline it because it is essential to make a difference. We wanted to avoid a simple biscuit with a few kg of bran more for the benefit of one with the real flour produced inside our Riviera mill in Dronero. Along with wheat, the other ingredients are also of first quality: milk, for example, is brought to us fresh every morning by our trusted farm of the Fusero di Savigliano brothers; the butter, on the other hand, is first choice, not from cream whey but from "surfacing".
In short, besides being good behind our biscuits, there is a great deal of research.
The single-portion pack is also convenient in several aspects:
