That of the wholemeal ring-shaped biscuit isone of our oldest recipe.
It's a 100% wholemeal biscuit, namely made by wholemeal flour.
In addition, our handcrafted flour is obtained thanks to our watermill, working with the energy created by the water alone.
We also use a variety of ancient grains which give exceptional taste and nutritional value, included a very high quantity of natural fiber, without adding bran or other external components.
From today the product is available in monoportions as well: the package contain 2 ring-shaped biscuits or a total weight of 35 grams, ideal to always be brought in your bag: at school, at work or for mountain trips.
