The spelt is stone grounded in our Water Mill, where a raw and wholemeal final product is obtained. Infact, the biscuits have a mix of Dicoccum Spelt (the most ancient spelt variety) and Spelta Spelt (the most modern variety). The result is a easy to manage dough highly digestible final product.
Ideal for those who cannot have wheat or milk as no milk and butter are contained in it.
