As it often happens in every pantry that is self-respecting we find a jar of coffee of this or that other brand that we use repeatedly buying bags and filling it from time to time. Why not do it with flour too? Here it is!
After many reflections on what sustainability meant but even more economy of reuse we arrived at this: a container reusable over time, easy to use and fine design and very pleasant.

We personally follow every phase of the cereal, from sowing to harvest, collaborating with our trusted Farmers and going to visit the crops in the field. Our selection is very accurate and is made in order to get only the best beans.

Our Farro Monococco is grinded in the Mill of the Riviera where we produce our flours. The slow grinding of natural stone and the strength of water allow us only small productions, but of great quality. The Farro comes out of the mill rough and then is made a small step in the Buratto, the large sieve of the mill, to obtain the final flour. The flour has a soft texture to the touch, the straw yellow color and scents and hints of hazelnut and wheat together.

HERMETIC that guarantees the insulation of the product from external agents ( light, air, gas..) and therefore its storage for years. In fact, metal is a "barrier" material, a real safe, that keeps intact all the characteristics and nutritional properties of canned food.
SUSTAINABLE because completely recyclable For the opening it is enough to remove the lid, lift the ring and fold it inside, in the same way as opening a can.

Tip: Use the Monococco BIO spelt for your desserts. Tarts are ideal for pure use. For the Cakes used 50% of Spelt Monoccoco BIO and 50% of Flour Super Semintegrale to get a great result and avoid that the cake remains too low and is struggling to bake! For homemade pasta, I recommend mixing it with the Flour Type 1 of Wheat Tender that gives a great workability in the preparation of the sheets!
