Type 1 sifted raw flour, ground in our mill on the Riviera di Dronero, hazelnuts from the Langhe crops of our territory.
The special recipe makes this biscuit a real treat for the palate, crunchy and not too crumbly.
Ideal for an afternoon snack and for weekend breakfast to indulge in pleasure. Excellent to use also for the preparation of fruit cheesecake bases.
