Muesli is a collection of cereals that was created in Austria in the 1900s. Initially it was created as a cure for patients directly by the doctor who patented it, then it turned into what we all know today, an exceptional breakfast product.
Muesli exists in various forms: Hazelnuts and Mulberry Blackberries, Chocolate Crunchy, Hazelnuts Crunchy and Raisins.
One of our latest recipes is wild berries. If you want to start in the morning 100% full load without feeling the pangs of hunger this is the muesli for you. Rich in oat flakes, a slow digesting cereal with complex carbohydrates and a lot of fiber, it gives a pleasant sense of satiety for the whole morning.
Don't think, however, that Muesli with Wild Berries is just for the start of the day! It is also excellent for the afternoon snack, for our children but also for those who do sports. The set of cereals with small fruits (blackberries, strawberries and raspberries) allows us to obtain the right balance of nourishment to be able to face the race, the bike ride or the walk.
