Package one by one, tasty biscuits with pumpkin pulp, Piemontese stone ground buckwheat flour, oat flakes. This is perfect for a healthy and genuine breakfast!

Mono portion biscuit created in autumn. We want to produce something different from the classic shortbread biscuit. This biscuit is made with our stoneground buckwheat flour. This flour is gluten free, easy to digest, and perfect to prepare for example Katia’s buckwheat crepes

This biscuit is milk free, we use, in fact, the pumpkin pulp, which has a neutral taste and is perfect for a light biscuit, easy to digest. We use pumpkins from our region.

This biscuit is perfect all day as snack.
