The shape vaguely recalls the typical Piedmontese biscuits also known as Krumiri. However, the substance is quite different, the Whole Wheat Subrik are made with 100% Whole Wheat Flour produced inside our Riviera Mill, with stone mills and the exclusive use of the power of water to move the inside of the Mill. This is part of our Philosophy directed towards a Green style, always.
The choice of raw flour makes these biscuits really simple and highly digestible; they are high in fiber and rich in taste. This is what makes the difference:
in the taste at first, the authentic flavor of the bound wheat is found in our whole Subrik, without that annoying anonymous and sometimes annoying sugar taste.
second in nourishment, we were able to reduce fats in favor of flour, already naturally complete and rich in oils and minerals useful for our nourishment.
