Chickpea flour is a speciality product used in various recipes;
Rich in protein and vitamins, it is also a good source of fibre and is gluten free. Its rounded flavour has hazelnut notes in the aftertaste. Our fragrant chickpea flour is produced in Piedmont. The ace in its sleeve is its versatility in the kitchen, however!
Crepes, Sicilian panelle, Ligurian farinata ... and more. Once you try it, you will be hooked!
