Super Semi-refined Wheat Flour
This is our very own creation, a flour blended from modern and ancient grains to meet the needs of our consumers. Our Italian Super is a semi-refined flour with intense flavour and fragrance, rich in fibre but well-balanced enough to suit many purposes in the kitchen.
Flour strength is around 240 W so perfect both for bread and cakes.
A tip: if you want to try an excellent Torta Paradiso sponge cake, but without refined flour, our Super is the one for you. Use it alone and proceed with the classic recipe for a magnificent result and heady aromas as you bake.

In summer, keep flour in a cool, dry place, away from heat and humidity, and remember the fridge is a great solution!
During winter, however, remember your flour must be room temperature when you start making dough. Leave it out in the kitchen the day before you begin making your cakes or bread!
